School Book Registry is a record-keeping application built for teachers and school staff to manage the distribution of books to students. We take your privacy seriously and have designed this app to collect only the minimum data necessary to perform its core function.

This app only processes data that you manually enter. This may include:

- Student name and father's name
- Student CNIC or B-Form number
- Book distribution records and class details

We do not collect any of the following at any time:
- Location or GPS data
- Camera or microphone access

- Payment or credit card information
- Advertising IDs or tracking identifiers
How your data is stored
All data entered in this app is stored locally on your device only. No data is transmitted to our servers. If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature, your data is saved directly to your own Google account — we do not have access to your Google Drive data.
Third-party services

Children's privacy
School Book Registry is intended exclusively for use by teachers and school administrators. This app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. Student records entered by school staff are managed solely by the authorized adult user of the application.

Your data remains on your device and is not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances. We take reasonable precautions to ensure the data you enter within this app remains secure.
Your rights
You may delete all data stored by this app at any time by uninstalling the application from your device. This action permanently removes all locally stored records with no data retained by us.
