Camera Permission
The Camera permission is used only for scanning QR Codes during attendance management. No camera data is uploaded to our servers.
Photos & Images
The application allows you to choose images from your device for:
- Gym Logo
- Member Photos
- Trainer Photos
Selected images remain on your device unless you choose to back them up.
Notifications
Notifications are used to remind gym owners about:
- Membership renewals
- Expired memberships
- Pending payments
Notification data never leaves your device.
Google Drive Backup
If you choose to connect your Google account, the application can back up your database to your personal Google Drive.
We do not have access to your Google Drive files. The files remain under your own Google account.
Internet Usage
Internet access is used only for optional features such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive Backup. No member information is transmitted to Gliders Tech servers.
PDF Generation
The application generates PDF receipts and reports locally on your device. Generated documents are not uploaded to our servers.
Data Storage
All operational data is stored locally using an offline-first architecture. Your information remains under your control.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Our application is intended for gym owners and business operators. It is not directed toward children.
