Welcome to School Book Registry, developed by Gliders Tech. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the application.
Application Purpose
School Book Registry is designed to help teachers and school staff record and manage the distribution of books to students. The application is intended for use by authorized adult educational personnel only.
Acceptable Use
- Use the application only for lawful educational record-keeping purposes.
- Do not attempt to modify or reverse engineer the application where prohibited by law.
- Do not misuse the application’s features.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws relevant to student records.
- Only authorized school staff should access and enter data into the application.
Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data entered into the application, including student records, book distribution details, and class information. You must ensure that all data entered is collected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. Gliders Tech does not review or monitor the content you store within the application.
Student Records
Student records entered by school staff are managed solely by the authorized adult user of the application. Gliders Tech has no access to student data entered in the application. All such data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Google Drive Backup
If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature, your data is saved directly to your own Google account. You remain solely responsible for the security of your Google account and the data stored within it. Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of Google Drive. Gliders Tech does not have access to your Google Drive data.
Intellectual Property
All application content, design, graphics, logos, source code, and branding are the intellectual property of Gliders Tech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.
Updates
Gliders Tech may release updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features at any time. Installing updates is recommended to ensure the best experience and security.
Disclaimer
School Book Registry is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Gliders Tech does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gliders Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use School Book Registry, including but not limited to loss of record data.
Termination
You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the application permanently removes all locally stored records from your device. Gliders Tech reserves the right to update or discontinue the application without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page.
