Welcome to SchoolTime Pro, developed by Gliders Tech. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the application.
Application Purpose
SchoolTime Pro is designed to help educational institutions manage teachers, classes, subjects, and academic schedules. The application provides role-based access for Admin, HOD (Head of Department), and Teacher roles.
Acceptable Use
- Use the application only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
- Do not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application where prohibited by law.
- Do not misuse the application's role-based features or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Admin functions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the application.
- Administrators are responsible for managing user roles and access within their institution.
Data Responsibility
As an administrator, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all data entered into the application, including teacher records, class configurations, and timetable data. Gliders Tech does not review or monitor the content you store within the application.
Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Gliders Tech shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account credentials. Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
Backup & Restore
The application provides Backup & Restore features to help protect your school data. You are responsible for creating and maintaining regular backups. Gliders Tech is not liable for any data loss resulting from failure to maintain backups.
Intellectual Property
All application content, design, graphics, logos, source code, and branding are the intellectual property of Gliders Tech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.
Updates
Gliders Tech may release updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features at any time. Installing updates is recommended to ensure the best experience and security.
Disclaimer
SchoolTime Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Gliders Tech does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific institution's needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gliders Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SchoolTime Pro, including but not limited to loss of school data.
Termination
You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. Gliders Tech reserves the right to update or discontinue the application without prior notice.
